One of the most important ways you can prepare for your year as Club President or Club Secretary is to participate in the many training opportunities available. The most important of these is the Club Leadership Education (CLE) session. At the CLE session, you will receive practical training that will help you successfully manage your leadership role in the coming year. This training is also an opportunity for you to network with other Kiwanis club officers in the district.
2017-18 Club Leadership Education
Club Leadership Education (CLE) will be offered live and in-person on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Kiwanis International, 3636 Woodview Trace, Indianapolis. Club presidents and club secretaries should watch for more information including times and registration updates.
Attendees are asked to complete the online Club Leadership Education training prior to attending an on-site CLE session. Bring your questions, comments, and ideas to one of the four on-site sessions. You may attend the session that best fits your schedule and geographic location.
The Education Team will answer your questions and address your comments from the online training. In addition, we will cover important Indiana District and Kiwanis International topics. Please note, there is no breakout session for club secretaries, but questions, comments, and issues from the online training will be addressed.
You can register for the session of your choice by emailing the District Office. Write “CLE Registration” in the subject line and please include the following information:
- Your name
- Club name
- Your club office/position
- The date of the session you will attend
