Foundation Governance
The Indiana Foundation is governed by an Executive Committee of the Indiana District of Kiwanis.  The Committeee consists of twelve (12) Directors chosen pursuant to the Bylaws, plus the Governor, Governor-elect and the Immediate Past Governor of the Indiana District of Kiwanis Interntional.
