OUTREACH money is used by KEY CLUB and CIRCLE K District Boards for Training and Travel of their District Officers.
This project was started several years ago to enable Kiwanis Clubs that do not sponsor our Sponsored Youth to become a part of their sponsorship. Clubs currently sponsoring Key Clubs and Circle K Clubs are encouraged to participate in this program as well.
