Kiwanis International has exciting news for our Key Club and Circle K sponsors! A brand new “Global Leadership Certificate” (GLC) program will be available for you to present to schools and club members as a differentiator from other youth organizations.

The Indiana District has asked Michelle Study-Campbell, MPA (Executive Director, Kiwanis Youth Programs) to give you the information you need on GLC.

Let’s learn about GLC and give our Service Leadership Program members the advantage over other youth organizations!

Who should watch this video:

• Current and incoming Kiwanis advisors to SLP clubs who want to build stronger relationships with young leaders.
• Club officers interested in starting up a new SLP club.

Getting Ready to Kick Start SLP

Many of our Service Leadership Program members had a very challenging time last year. But we are now coming out of the pandemic, and hopefully, you are getting ready to restart your SLP clubs.

Do you have questions like:
• What to do NOW to prepare for the upcoming year?
• How to kick start this year?
• How to build a stronger relationship with an SLP club?

The Indiana District of Kiwanis asked Paul Palazzolo, who spoke about “Ten Actions to Support SLP” at the Education and Leadership Conference in Salt Lake City, to answer these questions. Paul is Key Club Administrator of Illinois-Eastern Iowa District and Past Kiwanis International President.

Our future leaders need your mentorship, coaching, and support. So let’s get ready to welcome SLP members back to service by bringing your questions to Paul and take advantage of his vast knowledge on working successfully with SLPs.

Who should attend:
• Current and incoming Kiwanis advisors to SLP clubs who want to build stronger relationships with young leaders.  (Club officers are welcomed to attend too!)
• Club officers interested in starting up a new SLP club.
