Denny Yoder Service to Riley Award Nomination

Honoring Outstanding Service to Riley Hospital, The Denny Yoder Service to Riley Award, recognizes an Indiana Kiwanis member who has demonstrated exemplary, continuous service to Riley Hospital.

This service can include fundraising, direct service to the hospital and Riley families, and educating clubs and communities about Riley Hospital. The award is presented annually at the Indiana District Kiwanis Convention.

Award Criteria:
To be eligible for this award, the nominee must meet the following criteria:

Be an active member of an Indiana Kiwanis Club in the current Kiwanis Year.
Have provided sustained, extensive service to Riley Hospital and Kiwanis-sponsored activities related to Riley.
Not be a previous recipient of the Denny Yoder Service to Riley Award.
