[CANCELED] Tethered Hot Balloon Ride Fundraiser, Downtown Indianapolis
Tethered Hot Air Balloon Fundraiser has been CANCELED due to inclement weather in the forecast.
We regret to cancel the “Reach New Heights for Riley” Event. The weather forecast predicts the rain will intensify starting around 6 pm and go through to 9 pm. And the Balloon can not fly if there are storms within a 75-mile radius of the event location.
We hope to have this event in the near future and will provide updates here.

Reaching New Heights For Riley!
Indiana District of Kiwanis is excited to announce the first time ever, Tethered Hot Balloon Rid Fundraiser at American Region Mall, Downtown Indianapolis!
The objective of this fundraiser is to reach out to people working in downtown Indianapolis to raise funds for Riley, and to spread the word about Kiwanis. We want to reach out to visitors and share what Kiwanis does!
This is an Indiana District Event and you do not have to be registered for the ICON.
Where: American Legion Mall (55 East Michigan Street, Indianapolis)
When: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm, June 8, 2022
Parking: Please use Street Meter parking
Cost: Donation to Riley
*Hot air balloons are by nature weather dependent as they are unable to fly safely with high winds or other adverse conditions. An experienced balloon pilot monitors the weather very closely and makes a decision regarding safety and feasibility. To volunteer at the event, please click HERE
