In the Indiana District of Kiwanis, an Official Governor’s Visit is a formal event where the current District Governor visits a division to:
1. Share the Governor’s goals and priorities for the year.
2. Recognize club achievements and highlight success stories.
3. Provide updates on Kiwanis International and District initiatives.

While the format may vary, it typically includes:
• A joint divisional meeting and/or a joint meal with club officers and club members.
• A program or presentation by the Governor.
• Q&A or roundtable discussions.
• Service projects, recognition ceremonies, or special trainings may also be included.

The purpose of the Official Governor’s Visit is to:
– Strengthen communication between the District leadership and local clubs (club officers and club members).
– Inspire and energize members through leadership presence and dialogue.
